As coincidence would have it, after my post yesterday about the current controversy permeating the media, I was watching a late-night re-run of Rules of Engagement. The episode was titled "Harassment," and it's interesting to see how Audrey and her co-workers act at the workplace. Fast-forward to 4:40 to begin.
Then I started remembering where else I had seen women in power acting inappropriately toward lower-status men at work. Here was another:

And here's the kicker: all three of these episodes were written by women. Seriously. I guess when women do it for laughs, everything's okay. But if men were to do any of these acts, there would, understandably, be an uproar. Double-standard, anyone?
